Studio limits (all plans)

- Supported environment: Desktop or mobile browser. Zeuxie Studio works best in Chrome, Edge, or another recent Chromium-based browser.
Per-file upload duration is not capped. Transcription uses minute pools; AI features use a shared AI token pool.
Zeuxie Pro is billed at £8.99/month. Prices include VAT where applicable.
Billing FAQ
Can I cancel Zeuxie Pro at any time?
Yes. You can cancel from the Stripe customer portal in your profile. You keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
What happens when my Pro plan ends?
Your account moves to the Free plan. You can keep using Zeuxie within Free limits. If you are over those limits, new projects, canvases, uploads, and transcription stay blocked until you upgrade or reduce usage.
What is the 90-day retention period?
If you are still over Free limits after Pro ends, you have 90 days to export content, delete excess projects, or upgrade again. During that time your existing work stays available in read-only mode where limits apply.
How are projects removed after the retention period?
If you are still over Free limits after 90 days, Zeuxie automatically deletes your oldest projects first until you are within Free limits. Storage tied to those projects is removed with them.
What happens when I use all of my cloud transcription minutes?
You can keep transcribing. When a clip no longer fits your monthly cloud allowance, Zeuxie transcribes it on your device instead (same as Free), and tells you when that happens.
Are there limits on how long a video or audio file can be?
Zeuxie does not cap per-file upload duration. Studio uploads are limited by file size per media type and by the maximum canvas duration shown in the Studio limits section on this page. Free transcription runs on your device. Pro includes a monthly cloud transcription pool; when those minutes are used up, transcription continues on your device. AI features share one AI token pool on your plan.
What do I need to run Zeuxie Studio?
Zeuxie Studio runs in a desktop or mobile browser. We recommend Chrome, Edge, or another recent Chromium-based browser on desktop and Safari on iOS, or Chrome on Android on mobile.
