By using Zeuxie, including both the converter tools and the studio product, you agree to the following terms:

• Access model: Some Zeuxie features are available without an account, while studio features may require sign-in.
• Your content: You must have the rights to upload, process, edit, or generate content using Zeuxie. You keep ownership of your content, but you give us the limited rights needed to operate the service.
• File handling and storage: We process and store files, project data, and related metadata only as needed to run Zeuxie. Temporary converter files may be removed automatically.
• Plans and subscriptions: Zeuxie offers a Free plan and a paid plan, Zeuxie Pro, billed at £5.99 per month through Stripe. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.
• Plan limits: Free and Pro plans include different limits on projects, canvases per project, studio storage, transcription minutes, optimised video preview minutes, and certain features such as speech gap trim. Studio uploads also follow universal technical limits on per-file upload sizes and maximum canvas duration. If you use all of your optimised video preview allowance in a billing period, you can still upload and edit new videos using your original files in the studio. Current limits are shown on the Pricing page and may change for new subscribers when we publish new prices in Stripe.
• Cancellation: You can cancel Zeuxie Pro at any time from the Stripe Customer Portal, available from your profile. Cancellation stops future charges. You keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
• Downgrade and retention: When a paid plan ends, your account moves to the Free plan. If you exceed Free plan limits at that point, you have 90 days to export content, delete excess projects, or upgrade again. If you are still over Free limits after 90 days, we may permanently delete your oldest projects first until your account is within Free limits. Storage tied to deleted projects is removed with them.
• Refunds: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
• Acceptable use: Do not use Zeuxie for unlawful purposes or to upload harmful, illegal, abusive, or infringing content. Uploading malware or attempting to abuse the platform is strictly prohibited.
• No warranties: Zeuxie is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific output quality, or error-free operation.
• Service availability: We may change, pause, or remove features at any time, especially to protect the service, comply with legal obligations, or prevent abuse.
• Third-party services: Zeuxie may rely on third-party providers for infrastructure such as hosting, storage, email, analytics, authentication, and payment processing.
• Security and abuse prevention: We may use security verification tools, including hCaptcha, to protect login, upload, and other abuse-sensitive flows. By using Zeuxie, you agree to those protective checks where they are required to operate the service safely.
• No guaranteed backup: Zeuxie is not a guaranteed backup or archival system. Keep your own copies of important assets and outputs.
• Support: If you need help with the app, contact us using the support email below.
• Updates: Terms may change as the product evolves. We'll update this page when the changes are significant.
