Privacy Policy

Zeuxie values your privacy. This policy applies to both the public converter tools and the studio product.

• Accounts and authentication: Studio access may require an email-based sign-in flow. We process the minimum account information needed to authenticate you and keep your session secure.
• Files, projects, and studio data: Free converter tools process files entirely in your browser; those files are not uploaded to our servers. Studio uploads, project metadata, studio canvases, and related content are stored only as needed to operate Zeuxie and remain available until you remove them or we need to enforce platform rules.
• Studio AI features: When you use studio AI features, related content may be sent to third-party AI and cloud processors solely to run those features.
• Payments and billing: If you subscribe to Zeuxie Pro, payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects and processes payment card and billing details according to Stripe's Privacy Policy. We store billing metadata needed to manage your subscription, such as Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, plan tier, billing period dates, subscription status, and usage records related to plan limits (including transcription minutes and AI tokens).
• No sale of personal data: We do not sell your personal information.
• Cookies & Analytics: We use cookies for essential site functionality. We may use analytics tools such as Google Analytics to understand usage and improve the app, but no sensitive personal data is tracked. You can change your cookie preferences at any time in Cookie Settings.
• Third-party services: Zeuxie relies on third-party infrastructure such as analytics, authentication, email, storage, cloud tooling, AI processing, and payment processing. These providers only receive the data needed to perform their role.
• Security verification: Zeuxie uses hCaptcha on login and studio upload flows to reduce spam, bots, and abuse. hCaptcha may process technical interaction data needed to perform that verification. You can review hCaptcha's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
• Support: If you need help with the app, contact us using the support email below.
• Policy updates: If we introduce new features or change our data practices, this policy will be updated. We'll update this page when the changes are significant.
